What is Paper Lip Balm Tube?
The paper lip balm tube, as its name suggests, is primarily made of paper, distinguishing it from traditional plastic cosmetic tubes.
Most paper lip balm tubes feature a push-up design with a movable bottom disc. Customers can push from the bottom of the tube to apply products such as lip balm, deodorant, solid fragrance, or solid lotion.
In addition to the push-up design, paper lip balm tubes are also available in a twist-up style, similar to traditional plastic lipstick tubes. A significant advantage is that the outer tube is made of paper, which helps reduce plastic usage.
For cosmetic jars that require larger packaging volume, the tube is a non-moveable style. It is similar to a regular glass or plastic cosmetic container, but made of cardboard. We add a secondary layer of cardboard inside for an extra barrier against leakage.

What is the MOQ and lead time?
The minimum order quantity is between 1,000 and 3,000 pieces. The standard lead time is 15 working days. For much larger quantities, the lead time may increase accordingly.

No, we do not sell stock or standard-size paper lip balm tubes. We specialize in custom projects only.
